Servers Panel

The list of added servers is displayed in the Servers panel on the left sidebar.

The servers panel may be hidden. To display the panel, select Tools→Servers from the menu, or click the Servers button on the toolbar.

Connecting to Server

To connect to a new server, go to Server→Add Server in the Servers panel.

To connect to a previously added server, select it in the Servers panel and click Connect. This option will be unavailable if the connection is already established.

That will open the Connecting to Server window. Enter the server’s name, user name and password. See User Accounts for more information. Specify the synchronization period.

The clients periodically perform synchronization with servers. The synchronization ensures the following information, received form the server, is relevant: map and inventory card lists, settings, device collections and monitoring results. Only the information that was changed on the server is updated.

Disconnecting from Server

To disconnect from a server, select it in the Servers panel and click Disconnect. This option will be unavailable if the server connection is not established.

User Switching

To switch the logged-in user account, select the desired server in the Servers panel and click Edit Connection. This option will be unavailable if the server connection is not established. A window for editing the connection to the server will open. Specify the required authorization parameters and click OK.
