Algorius Net Viewer Manual | General information

Algorius Net Viewer supports the client-server technology. For it to work, you need Algorius Net Viewer installed on one or multiple PCs. An Algorius Net Viewer server is a separate application that can be run as a Windows service or as a console application.

Algorius Net Viewer acts as a client. It establishes a connection with the server and automatically receives from it all available maps, general settings, monitoring results and inventory data. From the client, you can remotely create and edit maps and inventory cards, as well as manage server configuration.

Algorius Net Viewer servers provide centralized information storage, centralized monitoring and network inventory management. Should you want to, you can set up multiple Algorius Net Viewer servers and manage them all at once using one client.

See Server Installation for more information.
